How can I purchase a Maya Gemstones product?

Our pieces are available to purchase globally via our online shop.

Which payment options can I use?

We accept most international credit and debit cards; these can be used at the checkout. Prices will automatically be converted into your own currency, depending on your location.

You can measure an existing ring size yourself by printing the attached guide and following the instructions.

Can purchases be shipped globally?

Yes, our pieces are available to purchase via our online shop and can be shipped globally. Currency will automatically be converted for you, based on your location.

How much does shipping cost and is it tracked?

Shipping is complimentary and is usually via FedEx or UPS. You will receive tracking information as soon as the product has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

If a product is immediately available, it will be shipped to you within just 2 working days.


If a product is made to order, the estimated time of production is 30 working days, while shipping usually takes a maximum of 7 working days worldwide. This varies depending on
your chosen piece, as some are more difficult to create, but you will be kept up to date with
timings.


Should you choose a piece that is made to order (we also create our pieces in small batches for a more sustainable future), we offer our customers 10% off the purchase.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

We’re an independent business and some of our pieces are made to order to ensure they’re
of the highest quality for our clients. With this in mind, we request that all orders are checked
thoroughly before making payment.
