  • How can I purchase a Maya Gemstones product?

    Our pieces are available to purchase globally via our online shop. Alternatively, if you are based in Russia, we are also stocked in Poison Drop (Moscow) and the Pulkovo Centre for Business Aviation (St. Petersburg.) If visiting one of our stockists, please call ahead to ensure they stock the collection that you are looking for.  


  • Can I reserve a product to purchase it later? 

    If you would like to reserve a product to purchase later, that isn’t a problem, but if it is a high demand piece, we will only be able to reserve it for a short space of time.   • Which payment options can I use?

    We accept most international credit and debit cards; these can be used at the checkout. In store, the payment method is at the discretion of the retailer.
  • Where can I familiarise myself with the product and try it on? 

    We have a number of stockists listed on our ‘contact us’ page, but we can also arrange private appointments. Please contact our team to discuss this further. 



  • Is it possible to ship pieces internationally? 

    Yes, our pieces are available to purchase via our online shop and can be shipped globally, though please note, shipping costs will vary depending on your location. We ship our pieces using FedEx.
  • How can I keep track of my order? 

    We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.



  • Can I cancel my order or make changes to it? 

    We’re an independent business and some of our products are created to order to ensure they’re perfect for our clients - with this in mind, we request that all orders are checked thoroughly before making payment.
